This is an original, linen-backed, one-sheet movie poster from 1964 for Ian Fleming's Goldfinger starring Sean Connery, Honor Blackman, Gert Frobe, Harold Sakata and Shirley Eaton. Guy Hamilton directed the classic James Bond film. The film was the third released in the Bond franchise and is regarded the Best Bond Film by critics. The film's plot has Bond investigating gold smuggling by gold magnate Auric Goldfinger and eventually uncovering Goldfinger's plans to contaminate the United States Bullion Depository at Fort Knox. 

The poster has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display.  The poster was in very good condition prior to backing with a few areas of edge wear and fold wear with a few, faint surface scuffs. The poster restored is now in near perfect condition and would ready for display in pride of place.
