This is an original, rolled Japanese B2 poster for the 1978 re-issue of Stanley Kubrick’s sci-fi masterpiece, 2001: A Space Odyssey, in Japan. The poster features the now iconic illustration of the film’s ship, Discovery One, as well as bold and dramatic red lettering of the film’s translated title.
