This is an original 2016 Japanese B2 re-release poster for Daisies (Sedmikrásky), to accompany the film’s Japanese reissue. Bold, and playful with cheekiness the design channels the same energy that made Vera Chytilová’s Czech New Wave classic so influential decades after its original release. 

The poster design centres on the film’s two mischievous heroines, capturing the playful disorder and rebellious charm that define their journey through the film. Their expressions and exaggerated styling hint at the pair’s increasingly cheeky exploits — from absurd pranks to acts of gleeful destruction — while reflecting the film’s satirical take on excess, conformity, and social expectation.
