This is an Original Japanese B2 poster for 'A Married Woman' (known as 'Une Femme Marrie') from the film's release in Japan. This 1964 French drama film was directed by Jean-Luc Godard, his eighth feature film. The film follows Charlotte (played by Macha Meril) as she aimlessly drifts between morning affairs with the artistic Robert and mundane evenings with her paternalistic husband Pierre. Unsure of whether she loves either man, Charlotte discovers she is pregnant and must come to terms with her emotional infidelities. The 1997 reproduction poster is a highly desirable and hard to find artwork, and this one is excellent condition.
