This is a rare and original vintage US One Sheet is for the 1982 horror film 'The Thing'. In John Carpenter's remake of 1951 Howard Hawks production, a research team in Antarctica is hunted by a shape-shifting alien that assumes the appearance of its victims. The poster artwork is by famed designer Drew Struzan.
