This is a original vintage A1 poster for William Wiard’s western film 'Tom Horn' which follows an ex-army scout, who is hired by ranchers to kill cattle rustlers but gets into trouble with the corrupt local officials when he's suspected of killing a boy. 

The poster was designed in 1983 by an unknown Czech artist and features the protagonists, including Steve McQueen as Tom Horn.
