An official Limited Edition Polish School of Posters reprint (c.500) of the 1956 black-and-white Japanese film Street of Shame directed by Kenji Mizoguchi. For his final film, Mizoguchi brought a lifetime of experience to bear on the heartbreaking tale of a brothel full of women whose dreams are constantly being shattered by the socioeconomic realities surrounding them.
These reprints are made on offset paper similar to the original paper, reproduced with colors replicating the old prints. Released only in small editions, limited to 500 copies, respecting all copyrights and rights of the artists.
