This is an original, rolled, Japanese B2 poster for the release of Misery in Japan. After an accident, acclaimed novelist Paul Sheldon is rescued by Annie Wilkes, a nurse who claims to be his biggest fan. However, he has a nightmarish experience while recuperating in her house. The poster features Kathy Bates, who plays Annie Wilkes with her Misery book, excited to see Paul, with the typewriter title font centered as well as repeated into the background.
